At Yoga About You we introduce you to the principles of Ryoho Yoga, which integrates traditional Indian hatha yoga with the Japanese meridian based healing arts, Five Element theory and the concept of balancing of yin and yang. The focus of Ryoho Yoga is rebuilding the natural functions of the body. Establishing this foundation
